Pierce Pop Art is the combined efforts of artist & designer Bruno Pierce and his wife, Nicole Pierce. We live in Portland, Oregon and own our own marketing and branding business, Launchd Media, where we help startups, small businesses, and personal brands propel their business to new heights. Pierce Pop Art is our side venture to express our artistic and crafty side. Bruno designs and creates all of the branding, artwork, and collateral within PPA while Nicole assists with marketing and social media, as well as helping Bruno through the creation of each piece.

 In 2014, Bruno started working on his own personal artwork as a creative outlet from the corporate design he was doing full-time. He developed a love for digital illustration and pixel art in the form of fuse beads. Inspired by video games and nostalgia, Bruno started creating a mix of pop culture illustrations, drawings, hand typography, and Perler bead artwork. Nicole soon took interest and began creating Perler bead artwork along with Bruno.

After a year of trial and error, and honing our crafting skills, we hosted our first sell table at a local Holiday Boutique in December 2015. The response was overwhelmingly positive! We continued to fulfill orders placed from the Holiday Boutique well into the New Year and opened up our very own Etsy shop in February of 2016. 

In September of 2016, we decided to make Oregon our new home and moved from the San Francisco Bay Area to Portland, Oregon. Our goal is to continue our passion of artwork and crafting, build our business, help others succeed, and finally, settle down and start a family. 

Each piece of art is handcrafted with love showcasing our love of pop culture, video games, TV, and movies to evoke the feeling of nostalgia. Thank you for letting us share our passion. Enjoy.
